Shipping

Orders ship within 2 business days. Free US standard shipping over $75. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

Changed your mind or need a different size? You can return clothing, bags and accessories within 14 days of delivery for store credit — the full item price plus its sales tax, valid for 12 months, and any unused balance stays on your code. We don't give cash refunds for size or change-of-mind returns.

Strict condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and untested, with original tags and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, makeup, perfume, deodorant or pet hair will not be refunded. Items we receive in that condition are not refunded.

  1. Open your order page (link in your confirmation email, or Track your order) and click Start a return.
  2. Choose the items and the reason.
  3. Once we approve it, you'll see the return address. Send the items back with tracking — return shipping is paid by you.
  4. When the items arrive and pass inspection, your store credit code appears on your order page. Original shipping and return shipping aren't credited.

Final sale: everything in our Makeup and Skincare categories — including skincare accessories like satin pillowcases — and wellness consumables (like eye masks and essential oils) can't be returned once opened, for hygiene. Each final-sale item says so on its product page.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

We're sorry! Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery at sales@imaniishop.com and we'll send a replacement or refund to your original payment method at no cost to you.
